Taught by a certified CrossFit Coach, we will focus on using a combination of games, skill practice, workouts and more to teach teens the foundation of being physically fit. The classes will use elements of gymnastics, body weight movements, weight lifting, running, jump roping, and nutrition to educate and train them on healthy lifestyles. All training is modified to match the participants skill level. No one is left out and everyone improves their knowledge and fitness in a safe and fun environment.
